We do not request that you specify the time of birth when ordering information from the Catalog of Human Population because the time of birth does not matter, unless a person was born close to midnight. However, when you are ordering information about someone, we recommend that you have this kind of information about that person. And, we strongly request that you let us know if a person, about whom you wish to receive information, was born close to midnight (between 11:30 PM to and 12:30 AM) in order to avoid reception of incorrect information from us.
