Once you find out dates of manipulation modes (among which people, who by nature are your “second halves” will be marked) all that you will have to do is find these people in the environment—for example, through the Internet. And then, from them choose those people, who you think have an attractive appearance, and are of age, education level, social and financial status, etc., which you want this person to have.
If you have a description of this person (and/or his/her images), then you will not have any problem meeting and communicating with any one of them; and, especially if you also have manipulation modes of that person.
